What We Completed
This Langley yoga studio project included structural preparation, drywall and ceiling work, self-leveling, vinyl tile installation, yoga mat installation, decorative wall panels, furniture assembly and detailed finishing around mirrors, baseboards and training areas.
Ceiling Work & Studio Preparation
Worked on the studio ceiling system and prepared the space for the next finishing stages, including lighting areas, wall connections and clean interior transitions.
Self-Leveling & Floor Preparation
Prepared the floor with self-leveling before the vinyl tile and yoga mat installation, creating a smoother base for the final studio flooring.
Vinyl Tile & Yoga Mat Installation
Installed vinyl tiles and yoga mats for the main studio areas, creating a durable training surface suitable for daily yoga, fitness and studio use.
Decorative Wall Panels

The Challenge
The most difficult detail was the baseboard work around the mirror wall and yoga mat areas. The baseboards had been installed before the mirrors and yoga mats were fully completed, so the final floor height and mirror clearance no longer aligned cleanly.
The Solution
We removed the affected baseboards, cut each piece to fit the new height and reinstalled them section by section between the mirrors and yoga mats. This created a cleaner transition around the wall, mat edges and surrounding finishes.
Final Result
A Finished Studio Ready for Daily Use
The completed Yoga 7 studio now has a clean training area, installed yoga mats, a mirror wall, decorative wall panels, storage shelving and finished interior details ready for daily client use.
